So here's the skinny

Status: Rising Freshman at Suffolk University

Current Location: My home in Winchester, Virginia.

Future Location: My dorm room on the fourth floor of 150 Tremont Street. Boston, Massachusetts. Located on the Boston Common and classes on Beacon Hill.

Time left in current location: 18 days.

To friends, family, and the occasional straggling stranger.

I am excited, I am ecstatic, I am nowhere near close to packed for the north. My friends are leaving daily now and the goodbyes are getting harder to hold my tears back as life without them there every day becomes more realistic. (Yeah, I'll see them over winter break and the next summer.)

I've been asked by friends and family to keep them updated on my adventures in a city that is both famous and unfamiliar to me. Instead of repeating the same stories over and over on the phone, I can refer people to here for pictures, blurbs, details.

This blog is intended to be about Boston life, not so much the "college life" (because some things are better kept to myself)
